For some reason, some elements like the houses aren't loading. I'm probably doing something wrong since I'm new to this whole ENB thing but is there anything I can do to solve this?

I heard if RenderHook has incompatibility with ImVehFt

I don't see anything changing .Anyone havng this problem? When startup it showing me d3dcompiler_47.dll is missing,then the game starting normally without graphical change .No ENB are being installed

Download ( d3dcompiler_47.dll ), then Put it in to Game Folder
Then...Put ( d3dcompiler_47.dll ) in to /Local Disk/Windows/system32 or syswow64

You should activate Windows 7 First
Change Name of ( gta_sa ) to ( gta-sa )...then Open
