(( make a copy of your "gta3.img" file as a backup ))

1.]
Start IMG Tool and open the "gta3.img" file inside Vice City/Models and
find the model you want to replace.
lets take "GBA"for example.
now delet this TWO files: GBA.dff and GBA.txd.

2.]
Rename your new model to GBA.dff and GBA.txd.

3.]
Add GBA.dff and GBA.txd with IMG Tool.

4.] Select ALL files and Click on REBUILD Archive and wait.

Done !
