I have Tommy in HD, it just is not mine, someone uploaded it for gta 5 and I converted it for gta vc and I do not know if it would be nice to upload it without asking.

BTW. i make gta vice city 2019, code name SIN CITY(SERBIAN EdIOTION) all in HD... PEDS, TEXTURES, WATER REALISTIC, ANIMATIONS, CARS; WEAPONS...ITS 18+ mod because you can f***, drink, kiss, swim, diving, dance... its about 8gb

Hello, when you download the file inside the Candy folder, you will find another folder that contains Candy for gta sa

I could try but I doubt I can make it look the same. Not to mention that it will take me a long time, these skin that I am uploading now I had created during the holidays and the only thing I have to do is fix one or two errors
