Nice job! But,the vice city timecycle is working on gta 3 game engine? How to perfectly add the vc timecyc effect's? For gta 3 timecyc.dat file? How to enable water alpha and colorization?

Mod features:
-depression
-gray athmosphere
-a very "happy" stay in Vice City
