GTA III Rotor Blade for SA

Well, this modification adds a transparent circle of GTA 3, the famous effect rotor blade.

this looks good if you look at flying helicopter, but the helicopter does not move the propeller looks ugly and weird

note that this effect is not enabled in the PC version, for that reason it looks like something weird
