Hi guys, this is my 3rd mod, this mod will add more realistic bloom, reflection, new realistic sky, and also this mod fix the crosshair dissappear and can't see score while in mission Life's a Beach in some user. This mod not lag for ass PC. This mod has been tested on my old laptop:

Hi,Only Thing i found cool is new water effect that is best water ever but the cars building etc. are too bright that iam gonna get blind.any way to fix it? :/
(lowering brightness didnt worked)
