This mod will add a very very large new map near the beach infront of LA!
-You don't need to start a new game
-About 6000 objects!
-bigger than any other mod near the beach
-New fantastic 3D modells with a very good collision!
-Easy to install!

How can I install this mod.
When I only add COL file to gta3.img my game crashes at 50% loading.
