ENB is a mod for graphics. Improves several things, and makes SA similar to GTA-IV/V.

Here there is ENB + IVF (improved vehicles feeature by DK22pac):

ModLoader not know... To replace a vehicle must only replace files dff and txd in gta3.img, with the name of the model to replace, and change the strings in handling.cfg, vehicles.ide and calcols.dat.

Yup,in SA,only 6 lowrider type+6 non lowrider type car can be tuned.
(The program is set that way,can't be beat)

In the file vehicles.ide, last paramter <=> In the file handling.cfg, binary flag:
-1 Can not go to the garage <=> no flag.
0 <=> no flag (Transfender garage in: Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas).
1 <=> flag 'Street Racer' (Wheel Arch Angel garage in: San Fierro).
2 <=> flag 'Low Rider' (Gang's garage in: Los Santos).

-Steet Racer cars:

-Low Rider cars:
Blade

Many other vehicles can change parts in the garage, but they are always the same piece the same for everyone...
