Second iteration of Animated Weapons project. For now only for the base GTA 4 and TLaD.
TBoGT will come later.

Tested on Complete Edition, 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.8.0, but should work on older versions as well.

Hello, i just wanted to note when I used the "Proper Shotgun Reload" Script mod by EdEdEdEd, the combat shotgun reload is glitched out, the shotgun doesn't sync with the reload.

@NOOSE2008 yep, because my mod and Eds don't know about each other. Unfortunately, there's no way to sync weapon animation as far as I know.

You can use default animations for a Combat Shotgun, if you want to use it with this script

I’ve said it before on the first version but these animations and details really do make a great difference in the play by play. Really brings the game a step closer to the modern generation!

@The BikerWhat do you mean? Only player animations? Only weapon animations? If player - you can use every animation except sniper rifle, ak47 and combat shotgun (they would not work correctly without weapon animation). Gun animation - you can find first version of the mod. It pretty much uses default player animations. But they are replaced anyway.

Nice update, dude. But you missed to fix the firing delay while drive-by, especially SMG. But I appreciate you fixed the firing delay for assault rifles like the Improved Animations Pack

if i wanted to apply this to other weapons (and credit you of course) would it be as simple as replacing the model and rigging the moving parts ?

I tried to use the mod in version 1.0.4.0 and it does not work. scare
I moved all files to their respective directories, anims to anim.img, data to common/data and models to weapons.img.
I use the scripthook for 1.0.4.0 and older, and the ultimate asi loader.

I understand that it works on newer versions, but what about older ones? It is mentioned that it works on older versions, but which ones? shok

Do I have to install something else? Am I doing something wrong?

@DarkTMSI think you're not wrong, considering most script mods are made for 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.8.0, and the mod author haven't tested this mod with the version you play

Exactly. Bones that are just rotate - can be moved. Bones that move- can't be moved (or animation will not work correctly)

I really like your work. the only thing that i noticed is that the normal sniper rifle has a minor bug where the whole weapon moves when reloading though; but i believe you can fix it.

Great Pack but the Automatic pistol on TLAD has bug where want to shoot and the gun goes gone for no reason while rest is fine.

Hello wanted to ask someone if the Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!found in the script from WeaponAnimations_preCE.asi is a false positive?
