time in game stops when you spawn a vehicle. other than that its great

now the game crashes after loading a save & new game bc i have this installed.
i downgraded to 1.0 of san andreas & it worked perfectly yesterday but today it doesn't?

i had to install an older version of cleo bc the steam version isn't the latest version.

@uberl0gic okay, so i figured out it's something wrong with cleo, not the trainer itself. tried without it, it worked, but crashed if it was installed.

what do i do?

how do you install this? i installed cleo & this mod (also sorry if nothing im doing here is right, it's my first time installing mods for san andreas) and when i launch the game it just crashes.
