@BoomBox1919 I think that for if you use Audio Loader with FLA? "gtaiv_vehicleAudioSettings.ini" is what it goes in I THINK. Don't hold me to it cuz idk what I'm talking about tbh I just saw it in this video around marker 2:35 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3BrYZRRsm0

I added the car instead of replacing. I only messed with carcols.dat, handling.dat, vehoff.csv & vehicles.ide. I added a line for the Jester into each file. It's working right now for me and the audio is too. I hope this helps.
