@vladescope unfortunately i'm starting to run out of advices on how to fix it, but try to rename the peren80.dff and peren80.txd to peren.dff and peren.txd
and like i said, you can delete the txt file and use the default perennial lines

@vladescope forgot to ask this, but did you install the txd file? maybe the wheels are black because of it

i removed the 3rd color material from the wheel

@vladescope then try to test the car in singleplayer, maybe samp is disabling the data lines
