I have been having problems with this enb for years and I just realized why, the .ini file is forcing Nvidia cards, and that causes the game to get stuck in black screen for many people including me, interestingly enough this also happened to me back when I used to have an Nvidia card (now I have an AMD card)

I finally got it to work with the "renaming d3d9 to d3fx" method , it didnt worked before but I got to search for directx11 installer and it worked , other installers told me that I had a newer version of directx so it didnt allowed me to install

also interiors lighting seems unchanged from Vanilla GTA IV when using this mod

I've been trying to install this mod for a bunch of months now but everytime I try to install I encounter the same problem

@t-ru I do believe the reason I have the bloom and brightness problem is because the game just refuses to load the enb , ive tried everything to fix that issued but nothing works
