How do you even install these mods into the game? Why can't you guys also include english?

Can you please give us english instruction? I'm still very new to modding so I'm not to sure what to do to install this.

Awesome work dude :D I don't know how, but I'd love to give this mod a thumbs up.

"Recruit Anyone" option crashes the game when the recruited NPC gets inside your vehicle. Adding "Neon Lights" on modification on the Car tab crashes the game as well.

The Appearance/Change Clothes tab/button won't work. I can't seem to swap clothes at all.

Edit : Oops never mind. Just read your description. Changing clothes isn't finished yet. If it's not trouble, could you please fix that one soon? Ty for your work :D
