Hey there is no vehicles.img in the mod file

EFLC vehicles are in GTA IV v1.02

Idk if this mod is broken from the beginning or just outdated. But i must say, it corrupted my game.

After several times of testing and resintaling GTA IV. I found this mod been the problem. cray
