the zip file is corrupted and "damaged" how do i fix that? i have winrar so it shouldnt be happening

hey i know its been a few years but could you tell me how to install? your instructions say to put in the the modloader folder but when i hear the same cj pain sounds. Do i have to put a specific folder in the mod loader? how do i do it
