the only thing i found out that these timecyc files in the data folder this causes, but when i take em out the enb isnt working

yo bros i renamed this d3d9 file to d3d11 cuz it doesnt work with the default one and i installed everything accurate but when i start a new game i see only the hud, the rest is just blackscreen can anyone help?
