Does it work with VehFuncs 1.4.1? I only get the low trim ZX3, and no more

I did install in GGMM, replacing everything but carmods(talking about the lines), and the model obviously, did not replace vehsets.dat too, then it didn't want to steer, only straight and reverse, 2nd attempt and replaced carmods line(didn't replace vehsets), and loaded the tuning pack of the car, i also loaded the CLEO script of the mod. This is some info, also, what do i do with the vehsets.dat?

Please help the car doesn't steer help me i like this thing too much...
