Terminator Skynet Plasma Rifle Mod

This mod adds the Plasma Rifle from the Terminator movies into Vice City. It replaces the Ruger. It includes new sound effects, a new weapon HUD icon, and modified weapon dat (for some one handed action).

I learned how to use 3DS Max to create this.
