Vice City Stories SWAT over VC SWAT

So it's as simple as what the title says. After playing through VCS a lot again. I realised how much better most of VCS' model are when compared to VC's. So I rigged VCS' SWAT over VC's SWAT and they look and work pretty well in VC. :D
