Medic 1337

Hello.
Well this is not my first mod but surely it is my first mod that I am releasing in public. So I hope you guys will like it.

Installation Method:
Open IMG tool. Open GTA3.IMG find medic.txd and right click on it and replace it with the medic.txd you downloaded from here.
