This modification replaces Tommy's standard shirt with a raincoat.
Installation: Replace player.dff in gta3.img
Bonus: Added a pink leopard cloak.
Update 29.11.21: Added Tommy (gray-haired) in a cloak in a cloak for cutscenes. Cons: Face animation doesn't work.

@Player9646 I don't see a problem. Take player.txd player.dff (tommy on the street) files. Change them in CSplay.txd CSplay.dff (tommy in cutscenes) and replace. Of the minuses. Facial animation won't work.
