Abdo goly, to help you and support you in your problem you are facing and need a helping hand with, to install a skin mod, for an example like the Messi skin mod you would wish to install on your game, you need to install a Modloader for Vice City, but first make sure your gta_vc.exe is 1.0 US version, or else it will not work, after installing the modloader, just drag both the modloader folder and modloader.asi in your directory, where gta_vc.exe is located, then install Ultimate ASI loader and drag it like you did with modloader, and you are set. Get the Messi mod, and drag it to the modloader folder, but make sure the Messi mod is inside a folder, then in modloader, for example you open modloader, then create a folder called Messi Mod, then extract the Messi mod's files into the folder, and enjoy your skin mod, If you are confused on some of my explanations, please do tell, or send me a private message, don't hesitate to do so, furtherly, good luck.
