@Elchango hola vengo siguiendo tus mods hace tiempo, quisiera saber ehhh los skins para el gta vice City los puedo reemplazar con img editor 1.5?
Y también quisiera saber si las skins reemplaza al skin por defecto o es igual al gta 3 que puedes elejir entre el x defecto y el instalado?

Hola si puedes utilizar el img editor (supongo que con cualquier version) y si vos le cambias el nombre por ejemplo en este caso que subi con el nombre de "pri" a los personajes los cambias por cualqui otro, puede ser por algun peaton, pandilla o personaje de la historia es a su libre eleccion

I can do it, but there are already those skin for gta vc
