Lighthouse Keeper Skin

This is the Lighthouse Keeper. This skin was made mostly from official Rockstar skin assets.

How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice City. The Lighthouse is a prominent building, yet it has nobody keeping it! Well now the Lighthouse has a keeper! BUT this keeper spends his time speedboating, and if he loses, he kills the competition and then kills innocent people to let off some steam. Putting the "Out of Order" sign to good use.
