How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice City. There are two "Laurence" hotels that are on Ocean Beach. I wanted to make the owner to these hotels. So, this is the owner of those hotels. He's quite old and mainly plays golf and conducts his business affairs on the golf course. His car is the Comet that spawns outside of the golfing club. He uses his golf club to take care of double-crossers and two-timing thieves of his business!
