Ocean Man Skin

This is Ocean Man.

I made this skin using official Rockstar Vice City textures. I just mixed, matched, and combined them.

So how I came about making this:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice City. I noticed that there's ALWAYS a yellow Oceanic car that spawns outside of the Ocean View Hotel in my game. So, I figured this car has an owner, and it does! "Ocean Man" is the car owner since he drives an Oceanic car that's yellow (hence the yellow shirt), and lives by the Ocean.

Works great when driving around listening to Ween - Ocean Man.
