Something is NOT right with your save.. It brought me an error, saying "incorrect codec" and it was from CLEO..But when it loaded no money generating icon were found next to any of his properties..It loaded from a place where he should NOT be..the saving icon from Ocean Heights appartment not there, the doors to his mansion closed..

Your save is a bit off.. it gives me an error that says "incorrect codec" and it's from CLEO.. but when it, his any property next to it doesn't find the money icon.. it loads from a place it shouldn't be.. the savior of the ocean heights apartment not there, his mansion door is closed.. shuck..
