AMC Pacer 1978 for Mobile

AMC Pacer 1978 from mad-dog666, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Manana.

Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.
