Transparent Control Buttons for Mobile

Transparent Control Buttons for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. This mod will replace the control buttons with transparent ones.
Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Import textures into hud.txt using the TXD Tool application.
