Hidden Garbage Bags for Mobile

Hidden Garbage Bags from majorunderscore, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces hidden packages.

Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Import models into gta3.img using the GTA Img Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.
