HD Hermes from Onepiece, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS.
Original HD pack for GTA 3 PC version: https://libertycity.ru/files/gta-3/38239-gta3-hd-vehicles-tri-pack-iii.html
Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.

Aí sim mano continuar assim que você vai longe tenta trazer um pack de carros em HD do GTA vice city de Android porque é o único GTA que não tem um monte assim o GTA 3 já tem um port que o cara tá fazendo dando um monte de pc que ele tá trazendo os veículos em HD para o GTA 3 Android
