Vice City Temporary Blip Generator

This CLEO script enables you to generate temporary blips on the map.
Press 'I' to generate a temporary briefcase-pickup in front of Tommy.
Do not generate two many temporary blips or the game would crash.
Might be useful for collecting No-blip Special Vehicles.
