Vice City Real Palms from Black Hole (PG), ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. This mod improves palm trees in Vice City.

Installation:
• Add with replacement to gta3.img using the GTA Img Tool application;
• Import textures into gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.

Ei mano Eu gosto muito dos teus mods mas eu vou te dar uma ideia para ficar mais legal toda vez que tu postar eu sei que tem muita gente que gosta do vice Mas o ruim é aqui a maioria dos criadores não deixa o título O textinho com tutorial tenta deixar pelo menos tipo quando for o veículos essas coisas tu deixar um arquivo texto inteiro com a instrução o que tem algumas questões aqui eu vou estar lá que atuar o jogo fica com a skin preta do carro fica todo preto

If you have black cars, go to the TXD Tool in the Import Format settings and select DXT, ETC and PVR and disable Generate mipmaps. If it crashes during import, disable RLE compression.
