I see no ModLoader folder, do I create one? Or by ModLoader do you mean something like cleo? I have a cleo folder but i'm not sure if you meant that. Please get back to me because I am stuck.

@Mr_TommyGun Modloader is a mod that allow you to install mods like this without replacing game files. You can download it here: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2015/01/SA-Modloader.html
To install mods just create a folder inside the modloader folder and put the mod.
