The real author of this mod is FrogByte

1) weapon shadows are missing on Tommy and pedestrians hands. 2) when Tommy get busted or wasted the game crashes. 3) when I try to change a cloth from any cloth pickup icon around the map the game crashes, please fix these 3 issues and the mod will be great
