Installation:
Extract to CLEO folder.

Usage:
Type "RUN" to activate and Enter to deactivate.
It's basically a glitch made into a mod, wherein you can merge with vehicle.
You are a ped and vehicle at the same time, hence both controls will be somewhat applicable.

Controls:
Use "sprint" and arrow keys to move.
"crouch" to jump.
