The M240, officially Machine Gun, 7.62mm, M240, is the US military designation for the FN MAG (Mitrailleuse d'Appui Général, meaning general-purpose machine gun), a family of belt-fed, gas-operated medium machine guns firing the 7.62×51mm NATO cartridge.

I just wanted to request that if you can't write weapon.dat lines for these weapons, pls help us with the magazine capacity and possible range. I may figure out how to write weapon.dat lines for them. Thanks.

VindiCaToR,

I remember using this while in the U.S. Army, I didn't like it. It was nice for suppressing fire but I love the M249. It was my favorite weapon I ever fired while Active. NATO 5.56mm rounds and much lighter than the 240. lol

This is a very nice mod and I'm going to check it out. Your work is amazing each time I see your uploads.

@VindiCaTor I've got everything figured out now. Can I write and upload weapon.dat, gta_sa_weapon.dat and default.ide lines for those who want to add (not replace) your guns to the game? I think many people will like this and that is why I'm asking your permission.
