@SergeDV also you know where is can find the sound files for the new arena wars weapons i have searched all the sfx folder & there's no sound similar to those.

No. You do it =)
If you need the texture is "ptfx_raygun_ring" in weap_xs_weapons.ypt (... -> mpchristmas2018_dlc.rpf -> x64 -> data -> effects -> ptfx.rpf )
About the sound I think it's "LAZER_MED_01" in weapons.awc (... -> audio -> sfx -> RESIDENT.rpf ). Or other lazer sound

I use 3ds Max & Photoshop for making an icon.
1. Make a render picture (png with transparent background) in 3ds Max (gray textures are better)
2. Маке а Rounded rectangle like GTA SA hud
3. Add the render picture as a new layer
4. Use the filter Poster Edges
5. Use Stroke

I think the shot sound is different of LAZER sounds. I can't understand so I use from GTA V gameplay. I know the sound of recharge - RAILGUN_CHARGE_01.

I thought that the shots will explode and people just a little bend as they shoot at them with this weapon replaces almost the weakest gun in gta.
