GTA DIC Editor v3.1

Simple and easy tool that will help you edit .dat/.ide/.cfg/.ped/.zon files. This version includes a lot more features and bug fixes from it's past versions, mainly v0.5. To install, simply extract all files onto your game's directory and you're done.
