A great tool to edit weapon datas...
Available in English, Italian (big thanks for Wesser for his translation) and in Hungarian, but you can translate it into any language (because it uses a simple txt file). Please, if you have enough time or mood, translate it and send it to me!
To launch, you must have .NET 2.0 (available from Microsoft's webpage) or better.

Thank you, but I got another translation earlier... :) However, I think I'll mix the translations, because I speak German a lil bit, and I think this would be fair. ;)
After that, I try to contact with an admin to update the files.
