Diego, i have a question..
i'm newbie for modding, i cant make skin mod, i just try to reskinned with photoshop.

i have download many girls skins, when i check the textures, some of them have a nude body texture, even they're dressed (not nude mod)
i tried to remove her clothes with black alpha method or replacing with another nude texture, sometimes i'm succesed make her nude, but sometimes i got failed and her body disappear

Can you tell me, why black alpha method does not work sometimes? Or maybe i must download 3ds max to reskinned correctly?

That usually happens because of the model. When you edit the texture ( give it 0% opacity making it invisible) you're telling the game to ignore that model part(clothed) and making it goes to the "covered" partd, bellow(nude torso for ex). But when your model doesn't have that, you have a gape, a hole on the model, showing invisible in game. This is done to save polygons/vertices count on the model, making it lighter reducing sizes.That's why you get a few of them invisible, because the model just doesn't have a torso under it's shirt for EX.The only way to get throught it is modelling (they call it model hack). You "hack" the model giving it a new part.The only problem is, this process is really time consuming 'cause you need to resize, move, and attach a new part to the whole model.

@diegoforfun Ah i see, i remember now, i got high chance make nude skin when i edited sexy clothes skin (such bikini) and low chance succes when i edited over dressed skin
Does that mean bikini skin always have a torso texture?
If you have spare time can i request reskinned tutorial video?

Pretty much that. Yours chances are higher when the model has sexy clothes, but even then,there are models like DOA girls that don't have full meshes under bikinis
A reskinning tutorial? I think i'm not able to do that bro. I'm pretty bad at texture editing . The one who can help you is modeeper, he's good at that. He has been retexturing my mods for a while. May be if you ask him, i don't know.Or perhaps you get some luck on youtube.

@diegoforfun Right bro, i have succesfully edited DOA nude skins such Kokoro, Kasumi etc but i just edited for myself, i never post edited skins, because that idiot Kinoman will steal everything, he steal my friend mod without permissions, and your skins for sure.
