How to install:

-Just open the Skin.img file with an IMG Editor like Alci's IMG Editor, and put
the .dff and .txd files into the Skin.img file.

For SA-MP:
-Just replace the name of the files to a pedestrian name (Example: wmybar.dff and
wmybar.txd). Then replace the files into the GTA3.img file with an IMG Editor.
