I modify the skin of Ralph Pendelbury, is a hidden personnage in the files of gta sa (cutscene.img).
Before when we placed the skin in the game, there was a crash but now we can play with this skin.
(Ralph Pendelbury is the police officer who was killed by Tenpenny by giving the order to Hernandez to shoot in the first scene of the game).

The skin is to Rockstar Games, but it did not work in the game. I modified by changing the Pulaski head with that of Pendelbury with 3ds max to add this personage in the game.
Although I have modified the skin, the author is indeed always of Rockstar games.

I've tried to mod cut-scene characters. It's never worked for me. They seem to load at first then they disappear. I believe it has something to do with their animation. If they have a speaking part and their lips move they don't work.
