Todd McFarlane's version of Spider-Man is known for his work in Marvel's "Spider-Man" comic. Todd McFarlane became a comic book superstar in the '80s thanks to his work on Spider-Man. Additionally, McFarlane launched his own comic called "Spawn" in 1992, which became one of the most legendary heroes of the '90s.

It is important to note that Todd McFarlane is recognized both for his work as an artist on The Amazing Spider-Man and for being the creator, writer and artist of the horror and fantasy superhero series Spawn. He is also the current president and co-founder of Image Comics.
