I installed all right, but when I load my Save-Game, It starts in a Black image and My PC freeze...

My game doesn't crash more, the problem was in my Save-Game...

The mod is very good 10/10 points, but there are`nt the textures in the neck!

My Niko looks like the real one in GTA IV but it i'sn't the same on the picture. Because the one one you're image is shorter and looks better! But my niko is to tall!

I Don't get it I replaced the ped.ifp but what are the anims? The only thing I noticed was the way he walks and runs... are there any more anims than tha? PLZ HELP :|

GERMAN: Der mod funzt. Ihr musst nur in player.img die sachen austauschen und nicht in gta3.img! Nicht vergessen die .dat datei zu ersetzen! Wenn es nicht geht dann starten sie ein neues Spiel.
ENGLISH: The Mod works. You must just replace the things in player.img not in gta3.img! Don't forget to replace the .dat Files! If it not works start a new game.
@ [ILS]Rosko: It replace not just the walk and run animations but too the weapons-animations.
Someone can replace the colt45 animation wit the animation from silenced? I want that Niko will hold 9mm with 2 hands... =)

Hey guys , why i have replace all these things in the GTA folder but , when i start a new game or load game it's still is CJ !
Just have the Niko's stand and walk.

the readme says that there is beta niko head... but when i go to barber shop and press elvis hair i just see CJ with elvis hair and NOT niko... :( pls help

also ich habe die Player.img mit der aus dem mod ersetzt dann die clothes.dat und die shopping.dat mit denn originalen erstzt und die ped.ifp mit der originalen ersetzt also alles richtig gemacht gehe ich stark von aus trotzdem sehe ich immer noch CJ ...wo liegt das problem?
