Hello guys, i get Flandre Scarlet from gosuke factory, but she have a hat i can't download it, I get it from gta all, her hat is Swat, This skin is not mine, I Just Retextured Mokou from Flandre Scarlet and Swat Helmet I Retextured from Flandre Scarlet's Hat!
