Starte IMG TOOL 2.0, oder SPARK.
Öffnet gta3.img, sucht nach "cellphone.dff" und "cellphone.txd" und ersetzt dies mit dem iPhone-Skin.

ENG:
Start IMG TOOL 2.0 or SPARK.
Open gta3.img, search for "cellphone.dff" and "cellphone.txd" and replace them with the iPhone-Skin.
