GTA Online Random Skin # 5: Sahp Female Officer

@DodyXR1555a little update is that my skin.img is now broken i can no longer extract my skins buy forttunaly i have a dff backup and textures folder also some models have a quite high vertice count making quite difficult porting these skins

Open it up with Alci's IMG Editor, if it doesn't work, try TXD Workshop, it works despite problems occuring but it's good though, if not mount it via Windows 10's feature and copy 'n' paste them to your PC
