I really don't know anything related to Android mods man. This mod is for SA ,may be that's why you are getting missing textures. You'd need to convert the files to get them properly working.

I need to check my files here, to see if i have that costume model.

I can port to mobile if anyone has problems. With diegoforfun it is usually just a problem with the hair or eyelashes textures not tagged to import with alpha. To fix this one in particular just extract hair texture(hair.png) and import manually and with alpha. Check override. If you already have models with same name you need to rename the dff. If any9ne has any problems with modding mobile contact me.
